Product is in stock and if ordered before 15:00 GMT, MO-FR, we will do our best to to ship it the same day as ordered. For orders payed with bank transfer we will wait untill bank confirmation of payment. You can speed up the process by sending bank payment confirmation to our email.
The product is not in stock, we have to order it from our supplier. It usually takes 2-4 weeks for us to get the product, sometimes longer. If the product is not available in the moment we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your order.
For products with a value over €100 (or sometimes less) we will ask you to pay a partial (30%) or entire advance payment. If we do not deliver the product within the agreed time, we will refund your advanced payment to the desired bank account within 15 days. Once the advance payment has been made order can not be cancelled. Returns for items On Request are not possible.
Out of stock
Product is out of stock and is not available at the moment, it can not be ordered. You can add the product to your wishlist and once it gets back on stock you can add it to your order. We usually do not have reliable information when the item will be back in stock.
Product is no longer available in our store and will in most cases not be available in the future. If you see the product is still on the market, you can send us an enquiry about it, and we will see if maybe we can deliver it.
We do not ship this product by post or parcel service and it can only be picked up at our store. When placing an order, containing this product, you will only have the option to choose personal pick up as shipping option.
